Polaroid soup intends to show the impact of living with mental illness, as it changes day to day and can slowly destroy a person’s mind.

All photos in this series are self-portrait polaroids, taken using a self-timer and double exposure feature, over a short period of time, this project explores only my own experience with mental illness during this time and should not be taken as a ‘one size fits all’ approach to how the mentally ill mind works.
